A surface pattern designer from Greece who studied 10 years of engineering! From the exciting field of brain-computer interfaces for movement rehabilitation of people after stroke or spinal cord injuries, I decided to make this world better through art!

I began exploring the world of surface pattern design in 2022, the same year I first stood on a surfboard, riding waves on the Greek island of Lemnos. That year marked the beginning of two passions that naturally grew side by side. Surfing, with its rhythm, energy, and deep connection to nature, deeply influences how I see movement, color, and form.
Through Stavrina Art Lab, my primary focus is creating patterns for activewear, wetsuits, swimsuits, and snow sports apparel. My designs are inspired by sports, motion, and freedom. At the same time, I love translating my patterns into home décor, stationery, and fabric, allowing them to live both in movement and in everyday spaces. With every design, my intention is to evoke positive, joyful, and uplifting emotions.
My Mission
My mission is embedded in my patterns, fostering a connection among those who courageously follow their hearts, defying societal expectations. Designed to serve as a constant reminder, each moment unfolds with infinite options, guided by love and a profound sense of being an essential thread in the tapestry of nature.

This is a sneak peek at my home studio! The place I love the most. It can be too bright during the summer months, but the light coming from the windows is a blessing during the winter! I have filled this space with all the things that I love and keep me inspired to create!

- I have been practicing ballet for 23 years
-I am a Barre Astie instructor
-I love metal music
-I have lived in Greece, the Netherlands, the US, and Switzerland
-I love salty snacks! Popcorn is my favorite!
-I started learning surfing in my 30s and fell in love with it. I still drink a lot of water when practicing :-P
-I started surfskating about the same time as surfing
